Avalanche moments...

This is Avalanche! A 'SU' or Scripture Union camp in the wilderness of the Nilgiris. At Avalanche, you seriously "rough" it... There's no electricity, you sit around a campfire for warmth, sleep in tents, drink stream water, stargaze, go abseiling, kayaking and gorge walking, jump off waterfalls, dance under waterfalls and sing "dil hai chota sa, choti si asha..." hee hee - that was Sushi and me! To get close to civilisation you have to walk a couple kms uphill and downhill through mud and sand...
This is where we had our Prefect's Weekend and spent many other memorable weekends. This is one of my other favouritest places in the world...
